Oversee filing and payment of Business permits, licenses, registrations, etc.
Assists visitors
Monitor and process payment of utilities
Monitor and compile Insurance of the company
Issue PO for fuel
Monitor and check petty cash liquidations
Process employee requests for payments and nontrade requisitions
Book conference calls, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels/accommodations.
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, encoding data, copying, etc.
Oversee the schedule of meetings and conference calls and arrange and manage meetings.
Submits timely reports and prepares presentations as assigned
Track stock of office supplies and replenish when necessary
Manage agenda/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for Sales and Management
Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
Reports to Administrator

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Keen attention to detail and ability to keep records and files organized.
