  • Manage and process payroll for employees accurately and timely.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding payroll issues and discrepancies.
  • Assist in year-end reporting and tax preparation.
  • Maintain payroll records and documentation securely.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in payroll or accounting.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in timekeeping systems and payroll software, strong attention to detail.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require overtime during peak periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and ability to handle confidential information.
