Product Planning and Design:

• Lead and formulate detailed plans for Web3 products (including but not limited to Dex, Swap, Bridge, DeFi, EVM development, etc.), covering features, user experience, underlying logic, and more.
• Draft clear, high-quality product design proposals, including interface design, interactive processes, functional logic, calculation formulas, etc., ensuring that product designs meet user needs and market trends.

Market Insights and Competitive Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of the dynamics of the market for Web3 products, including changes in user needs, industry development trends, regulatory policies, and more.
• Perform comprehensive and in-depth analysis of competitors, including their product features, market positioning, user feedback, etc.
• Propose targeted product optimization plans based on market analysis results, including but not limited to new features, interface optimization, and enhancements to user experience.
• Stay updated on market changes, continuously optimizing product strategies to ensure competitiveness and market positioning.

Project Management and Advancement:

• Develop project plans and schedules to ensure timely delivery, meeting quality standards, smooth operation, excellent user experience, and absence of major failures.
• Coordinate cross-departmental resources, resolving issues and obstacles during project execution to ensure smooth project progress.
• Adjust product strategies and features in a timely manner based on user feedback and data analysis results, continuously optimizing user experience.

Team Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate closely with team members, promoting information sharing and teamwork to drive project progress.
• Maintain good communication with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that project goals align with the overall company strategy.

Other Responsibilities:

• Actively follow the arrangements set by the company and Team Leader to facilitate smooth team operation and project advancement.

1. Direct experience in the industry, familiar with the principles and differences of Uniswap V2/V3, Bridg, EVM, Dex, and DeFi.

2. Over 3 years of experience as an internet product manager, with more than 2 years in the financial, securities, futures, or digital currency trading industry. A background in finance, computer science, mathematics, or related fields is preferred.

3. Experience with successful Web3 products, with the ability to handle product planning, operational coordination, and execution.

4. Active thinker with clear logical reasoning, able to articulate ideas and insights clearly, and skilled at communicating with colleagues from other departments.

5. Proficient in mainstream product design tools, capable of using software tools like Axure and Figma effectively.
