1. Develop and execute the overall operational strategy for the DEX to enhance trading volume, user engagement, and liquidity;

2. Establish a user growth system that includes acquisition, retention, and incentive mechanism design;

3. Plan end-to-end operational activities (such as Launch Campaigns, Liquidity Mining, Trading Competitions, etc.);

4. Build and manage the operations team (user operations, content operations, event operations), and establish KPIs and evaluation mechanisms;

5. Gain in-depth understanding of market demands in Asia and Southeast Asia to promote localized operations;

6. Coordinate with product, marketing, business, and other departments to drive the overall project objectives.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with more than 5 years of experience in internet/finance/blockchain operations management;

2. Familiar with decentralized exchanges (DEX), liquidity mechanisms, and on-chain user behavior;

3. Proven track record in user growth, event planning, or liquidity building;

4. Proficient in English, with proficiency in Southeast Asian languages (Thai, Indonesian, Vietnamese) preferred;

5. Possess strategic thinking and team leadership skills.
