Job Description:

1. Responsible for the development and maintenance of the company's software product server side, developing and maintaining high concurrency and high data throughput business subsystems;

2. Participate in backend architecture design and technical system construction;

3. Code Review, code quality assurance, and training new employees.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a bachelor's degree or higher, and 4 years or more of backend/server development experience; preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience in high concurrency and high availability projects;

2. Embrace Agile methodologies and TDD, with a strong personal pursuit of coding excellence;

3. Solid foundation in computer systems, algorithms, and data structures;

4. Familiarity with web development technology stack, including web frameworks, RESTful APIs, HTTP/HTTPS/WebSocket protocols, web security, and basic Linux;

5. Proficient in GO web development, with an understanding of system throughput and availability requirements;

6. Familiar with MySQL and Redis, with database design and SQL optimization skills;

7. Possess good communication skills and a spirit of teamwork, with an ability to learn, research, summarize, and a willingness to share knowledge;

8. Experience in developing financial products, with familiarity in related logic such as interest rate models, clearing, yield calculation, and reward distribution.
