• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various digital and social media platforms, outlining a comprehensive content calendar across all media platforms.
• Content Strategy: Oversee content creation that aligns with the brand's voice, ensuring a consistent and compelling message across all channels, while staying up-to date with the latest trends.

2. Leadership

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product development, sales, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive and strategic marketing efforts.

3. Analytics and Reporting

• Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and social media metrics, providing actionable insights, such as Constant Contact, HubSpot, Google Analytics and other industry marketing platforms.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, social media growth, and ROI to present to senior management.

1. Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing and social media, preferably in the apparel industry.
2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification in digital marketing is a plus.
