Primary Responsibility:

Responsible for performing direct selling through knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and efficient customer service

Key Accountabilities:

Customer Engagement

• Ensure high levels of customers’ satisfaction through excellent service.

• Acknowledge the presence of customers, listen and pay attention to their needs.

• Attend to customer complaints with eagerness and understanding.

Daily Operations

• Consistently follow and abide by the company’s established policies and procedures.

• Attend and assist customers in the selection and choice of merchandise style, color or size.

• Direct the customers to the nearest counter for payment of the merchandise.

• Replenish stocks on display and ensure availability of stocks in the selling area.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferably with at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in retail or customer service
• Fresh graduates or entry-level applicants are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented attitude
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
