Description
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and meet sales goals.
- Maintain product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Organize merchandise and ensure displays are appealing and stocked.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance store operations.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Assist with inventory management and perform stock counts.
- Monitor products and report nearly expired products.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; entry-level candidates are welcome.
- Skills and Competencies: Candidates must have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and knowledge of marketing and merchandising.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Engage customers, manage inventory, assist with sales training, and conduct presentations.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, including weekends.
