Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling inquiries, complaints, and other customer service-related matters from Japanese users, providing efficient and professional service;

Answer user questions through online chat, email, phone, and other channels, ensuring customer satisfaction;

Provide feedback and follow up on customer needs, coordinating with internal teams to optimize the user experience;

Stay updated on industry trends, assisting in the optimization of customer service processes to enhance service quality;

Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

Japanese N1 level or equivalent, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese;

Over 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or related fields, with familiarity in the cryptocurrency industry preferred;

Strong customer service orientation, excellent communication and problem-solving skills;

Able to adapt to shift work, with a sense of responsibility and high stress resilience;

Team-oriented spirit, capable of efficient collaboration with different departments.
