Description
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and business goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow market share and revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with clients and customers.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order fulfilment.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the vape or retail industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of the vape industry is a plus.
