Analyze target user demographics and develop and implement user growth strategies, including but not limited to social media marketing, content marketing, and building partner relationships.
Regularly assess the effectiveness of user growth campaigns, adjust strategies based on data feedback, and continuously optimize user acquisition pathways.
Design and launch ambassador recruitment initiatives to attract influential individuals or groups to serve as brand ambassadors.
Develop ambassador training programs to ensure ambassadors comprehend brand philosophy, product features, and promotional strategies, thereby enhancing their professionalism and enthusiasm.
Manage ambassador communities, regularly organize online and offline events to strengthen ambassador interaction and cooperation, and motivate ambassadors to contribute high-quality content continuously.
Monitor ambassador performance, provide feedback, optimize incentive mechanisms, and ensure the effective execution and ongoing growth of the ambassador program.
Collaborate closely with product, technology, customer service, and other departments to ensure market expansion activities are aligned with the company’s overall strategy.
Requirements
At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably with candidates who have experience in Web3, blockchain, or financial technology market expansion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively manage internal and external relationships.
Proactive with a strong spirit of teamwork and the ability to work independently.
Fluent in English, capable of effectively communicating with an international team.
