Description
- Transport goods safely and efficiently over designated routes.
- Inspect and maintain vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries and schedules.
- Communicate with dispatchers and clients regarding deliveries.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in driving or transportation roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient driving skills, valid driver's license, vehicle maintenance capabilities, and understanding of road and railway transportation.
- Working Conditions: Often involves long hours on the road and varying transportation conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Responsible, punctual, attentive to detail, and able to work independently.
