Virtual Assistant (Talent Pool) – Limit Break

Starting Rate: $4/hour

Work Setup: Fully Remote

Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time (Depending on Placement)

This position is open to Filipino applicants residing in the Philippines only.

About Limit Break

Limit Break is a growing team that connects top-notch Virtual Assistants (VAs) with clients across different industries. We focus on developing resourceful, reliable, and tech-savvy professionals who can support teams in various departments (e.g., operations, administration, etc)

We are currently building our Virtual Assistant Talent Pool — a dedicated roster of pre-screened and trained VAs ready for placement in upcoming client projects.

What You’ll Do

• Manage daily admin tasks such as scheduling, inbox management, and client coordination.
• Organize files, folders, and reports using Google Workspace and other cloud tools.
• Support client operations by preparing documents, task updates, or research.
• Communicate clearly and proactively with supervisors and teammates.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Comfortable working with tools like Google Workspace, ClickUp, Notion, AI Tools, or Canva.
• Can work independently and manage time effectively
• Has stable internet connection and reliable laptop/PC setup

Nice to Have:

• Experience in virtual assistance 
• Basic familiarity with automation tools(Make.com) and CRM systems or project management platforms

• 100% Remote (Work-from-Home)
• Schedule may vary depending on client timezone (PH, US, or AU-based)
