Job Responsibilities:
1. Implement administrative management regulations and supervise and inspect the enforcement of these regulations;
2. Responsible for the daily operation of the company's administrative work, including the management of fixed assets, evaluation and management of suppliers, document management, allocation of office expenses, and providing suggestions for cost control methods;
3. Organize and coordinate the company's annual meeting, employee activities, and various meetings, as well as handle external communications and obtain various licenses required by the company;
4. Assist in managing the company's important qualification documents;
5. Coordinate other administrative and personnel tasks within the company;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, or related field
2. 3-5 years of administrative work experience, with at least 2 years in a similar position
3. Familiarity with the company's administrative management system and institutional development, with extensive practical experience in administrative compliance and management execution
4. Strong team collaboration spirit, good character, and approachability
5. Excellent communication and coordination skills, responsible, cheerful personality, and amiable demeanor
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; clear thinking and meticulous consideration of issues
7. Proficient in office software and office automation equipment
8. Fluent and accurate Mandarin, reasonably fluent in Japanese, and proficiency in English is preferred.
Office-based in Japan
Monthly salary of 500,000-1,000,000 yen, negotiable
No nationality requirement, but must be proficient in Chinese and Japanese
Preference for candidates with a work visa or permanent residency in Japan
