1. Responsible for the reception, registration, and guidance of visiting clients and guests, showcasing a positive company image;
2. Assist in arranging various business receptions, meeting receptions, and visitor transportation services;
3. Maintain the cleanliness of the front desk and reception area, ensuring proper preparation and management of reception materials;
4. Assist in handling administrative support tasks, such as document organization, courier management, and office supplies management;
5. Collaborate with other departments on temporary reception and administrative tasks as needed;
6. Provide efficient, professional, and courteous reception services to ensure a positive visiting experience for clients.
Job Description:
This position has a flexible work pace, requiring the ability to efficiently handle various tasks during busy periods while maintaining a good work state and professional demeanor during quieter times.
Reception and administrative tasks may involve temporary or unexpected arrangements, requiring good stress resilience and a willingness to accommodate moderate overtime.
1. Prior experience in administration, reception, front desk, or customer service is preferred.
2. Well-groomed appearance with good professional demeanor and image; female candidates should be at least 170 cm tall, and male candidates should be at least 175 cm tall.
3. Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English.
4. Good service awareness and team spirit.
