Design, model, implement, and maintain a fully blockchain-based decentralized exchange (DEX) for derivatives.

Requirements:

1. Deep understanding of blockchain technology, smart contract development, and DeFi protocols.

2. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in mathematics or financial engineering.

3. A minimum of 3 years of experience in building and deploying production-level contracts in Solidity is required.

4. Proficiency in Solidity is mandatory, along with expertise in at least one non-smart contract language (preferably JavaScript/TypeScript or Python).

5. A comprehensive understanding of the Uniswap V2 protocol is required, and familiarity with Uniswap V3 will be considered a significant advantage.

6. Must stay updated with the latest DeFi technologies and industry trends, along with a solid understanding of the economic principles behind mainstream DeFi products.

7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, strong logical thinking abilities, adherence to good coding practices, and proficiency in technical documentation are essential.
