Job Description
- Identify and engage with high-quality potential crypto projects, establishing connections with project teams and facilitating their listing on the platform (Spot, Launchpad, etc.).
- Research market trends and emerging sectors to develop project recruitment plans aligned with the exchange’s listing strategy.
- Lead business negotiations for listings, including collaboration terms, fees, and joint marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with the platform’s interests.
- Coordinate with project teams, spot trading operations, technical teams, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth listing process and optimize listing procedures.
- Monitor listing activities on major exchanges (e.g., Binance, OKX, Bybit, KuCoin) and analyze competitor strategies.
- Study market trends, emerging blockchain ecosystems, and projects to provide insights and support for the listing strategy.
