JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions within the organization. Analyzes business processes, identifies areas for improvement, and recommends technology-based solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree

• With at least 6 months of exposure in Life Insurance

• At least one year of experience in business process analysis and documentation

• At least one year of experience in QA or software testing
