Review Purchase & Payment Request Form (PPRF), verify completeness of all necessary attachments and seek approvals from authorized signatories before proceedings to cheque preparations.
Ensuring that PPRF were duly approved by the authorized signatories prior to the preparation of cheque and vouchers.
Provides assistance with payroll processing and administration.
Responsible in daily recording or journalizing of accounts payable and disbursements using Quick books accounting software.
Prepare monthly aging of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Review sales order, check the correctness of details for pricing, quantity, item description, item code, and other references needed before the processing of Job Order, Sales Invoice, and Delivery Receipt.
Ensuring that payment from clients were received and credited directly to RSKIN bank account, and duly approved by the Finance & Accounting Manager before the preparation of Sales Invoice.
Verifying client’s payment and deposits before the issuance and preparation of Sales Invoice and Delivery Receipt.
Responsible for timely and accurate recording of actual physical inventory and makes necessary adjustments / revaluation on accounting system, if deemed necessary.
Investigates inventory errors and prepare books adjusting / correcting entries. Raises significant findings and coordinates with concerned departments. (Warehouse, Stores and Supply Chain).
Generates variance analysis on a monthly basis, give recommendation and strategies to minimize huge number of variances.
Reviews results and verifies causes of variances from stock counts before they are booked / adjusted.
Verifies requests for inventory adjustments before they are booked including witnessing disposals of damaged and expired stocks
Lead the monthly and year-end Physical Inventory Counts.
Helps lessen control risk in the inventory process by suggesting policies.
Assisting Finance & Accounting Manager with the preparation of operating budgets, financial report analysis and necessary schedules.
Responsible in maintaining manual books of accounts for accounts receivables, accounts payable and disbursement.
Prepares necessary reports for OPMCOM meetings.
Creates and recommends for approval of management guidelines and policies for finance & accounting process and procedures.
Has an experience in BIR processing.

Requisito

Graduate of Accounting or Finance degree.
At least 3-4years proven experience in Accounting/Finance.
Excellent leadership and manage skills.
Good communication skills.
