Descripción

  • To ensure target achievement by building business through selling and promoting of our products to new and existing accounts. Generate sales lead for new business opportunities and analyze sales options. Conduct regular visit to customers to determine their specific needs and requirement and provide possible business solutions. The position is also expected to gather information regarding market trends and provide feedback to the management for sales strategy formulation.

 

  1. Maintains existing and tap new clients like advertising agencies, key printer accounts and end-users by providing consultancy to clients on what paper to use on what project through daily client calls
  2. Provides excellent customer service
  3. Coordinates and addresses concerns of the clients to (1) Marketing Dept with regards to product issues and concerns (2) Sales Dept. for services, delivery concerns
  4. Maintains and updates databases of clients and their contact details and keeps them confidential
  5. Provides support to marketing Dept. in executing marketing promotions, product presentations, trade shows and other marketing activities
  6. Provides pertinent information to Marketing about competitors and their activities; pricing and product sampling.
  7. Provides feedback, suggestions and recommendations for implanted marketing promotions and activities to support back-selling operations
  8. Daily Itinerary Plan with clear visit objectives
  9. Daily visit report with action points
  10. Weekly Project Progress Report
  11. Monthly Target Achievement Report
  12. Monthly Visit Frequency

Requisito

  1. Candidate must be a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably Marketing, Business Management or any related courses.
  2. Ability to identify new business opportunities for the company.
  3. With relevant experience in Sales and Marketing.
  4. At lease with experience in Corporate and Retail Industry
  5. Willing in Field Works, within Metro Manila
  6. Results-oriented and able to work with minimum supervision, resourceful, must have initiative.
  7. Good interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers at all levels of management.
  8. Enjoys sales work, smart, lively, enthusiastic and likes to work with people.
  9. Aggressive, Self-motivated, results oriented, fast learner and team player.
  10. With experience in B2B and Corporate Selling.
