Descripción
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
- Assist in developing customer service policies and procedures.
- Continuously seek to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent people skills, strong customer service orientation, and a team player.
- Working Conditions: Office setting with standard working hours; may require shift work.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and adaptable to changing situations.
