We’re looking for service-oriented team players who can handle both chat and voice support, giving customers the best experience possible — from first message to after-sales.

What You'll Do:

• Assist customers via Facebook Messenger and other chat platforms
• Make and receive voice calls to address concerns, confirm details, or follow up on orders
• Resolve product and order inquiries with a helpful and proactive approach
• Coordinate with logistics and fulfillment teams as needed
• Maintain accurate and professional communication across all channels

• Senior High School graduate or College level/graduate (an advantage)
• Calm, friendly, and patient communicator
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in chat or voice-based customer support is a big plus
• Experience in BPO environment is an advantage
• Computer proficient and tech-savvy
• Willing to work on-site in Muntinlupa
• Able to follow 8-hour shifting schedules
