The Customer Service Representative (Financial Account) is responsible for assisting customers with their banking and financial inquiries, ensuring accurate information, and delivering excellent customer service. This role involves handling calls, emails, or chats related to account management, billing, payments, transactions, and other financial concerns.

Qualifications:

At least 6 months BPO experience (preferably in a financial or banking account)

Excellent English communication skills

Amenable to work onsite and on shifting schedules

High School or Senior High Graduate
