  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for food production staff.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Facilitate training and development programs.
  • Support employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
  • Contribute to health and safety initiatives within the facility.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.


  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in an HR role within the food production industry.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in training and development, recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, payroll, HR administration, and compliance with labor laws (DOLE).
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage recruitment processes, facilitate training, oversee employee relations and compliance, and handle payroll and benefits administration.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with potential site visits in food production facilities.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
