Requisito

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • A Sales Officer is responsible for driving the sales of a company’s products or services, managing relationships with clients, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This role requires proactive engagement with potential and existing customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and supporting the company's growth objectives through effective sales strategies and customer relationship management.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Execution:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through calling, field work, networking, and referrals.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by selling the company’s products or services to new and existing customers.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Close sales by negotiating terms, prices, and conditions to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing customer needs.
  • Regularly follow up with clients to ensure product satisfaction and to uncover new sales opportunities.

Sales Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales progress, including forecasts and performance metrics, to the immediate supervisor.
  • Ensure proper documentation for contracts, proposals, and sales orders.
