Role Description

This is a full-time, fully remote Accounting Officer role at CULT: Marketing and Communications. The Accounting Officer will be responsible for managing financial reporting, preparing journal entries, handling bookkeeping and payroll, ensuring tax compliance, and supporting the CEO with administrative and finance-related tasks. The role requires close coordination with internal teams and collaboration with external partners such as auditors and accountants. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote-first creative agency.

Qualifications

• Financial Statements and Accounting skills

• Analytical Skills

• Experience in Finance and working with Accounting Software

• Knowledge of Accounting principles

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and remotely

• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft Word

• Experience in the marketing or communications industry is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
