- Manage daily accounting tasks and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and monthly reconciliations.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with the finance team to support audits and compliance.
- Utilize accounting software to track financial transactions and generate reports.
Requisito
- Job Title: Accounting Specialist
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years in accounting roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Accounts Receivable and Payable, Reconciliations, Billing, General Ledger Accounting, and Journal Entries. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage financial transactions, prepare reports, assist with the Statement of Cash Flows, and maintain accurate records.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, team player with strong organizational skills.
