Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Staff to support our finance team in managing day-to-day accounting tasks. This role involves processing financial transactions, maintaining records, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Process invoices, payments, and financial transactions.

✔ Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts.

✔ Assist in preparing financial reports, tax filings, and budgets.

✔ Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

✔ Support audits and financial analysis as needed.

✔ Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

Experience: 1-3 years in accounting or bookkeeping (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

Certifications (Preferred): CPA or other accounting certifications (a plus but not required).

 

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and MS Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
