- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and communications.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle data entry and maintain organized filing systems.
- Assist with project coordination and team collaboration.
- Support inventory management and office supplies procurement.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in administrative roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in written communication, MS Office Suite, and fluent in English.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage office tasks, support team operations, prepare documents, and maintain records.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours, potential for remote tasks.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and excellent interpersonal skills.
