Descrição:
- Oversees security operations across multiple client sites within a designated geographic area.
- Security staff are effectively managed and deployed.
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day security operations across assigned sites.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and legal regulations.
- Manage security officers and site supervisors.
- Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and audits.
- Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies; provide detailed reports and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Requisito
- EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: Bachelor's Degree in B.S Criminology, Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Management, or related fields. (Equivalent experience may substitute)
- EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years in security management or a similar supervisory role.
- Valid Security Officer license and driver's license.
- Military, law enforcement, or corporate security background.
- Certifications in security management.
- Knowledge of surveillance systems, access control, and incident management software.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Flexibility to travel and work non-standard hours when required.
