Descrição:

  • Oversee sales operations in assigned area to achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance market penetration.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to improve team performance.
  • Prepare sales reports and present to management.

Requisito


  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in sales.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong sales strategy and management skills, effective key account management.
  • Working Conditions: Office setting with fieldwork as needed.
  • Qualities and Traits: Proactive, results-driven, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
