Shift Schedule: Nightshift

Work Setup: Onsite during training, the Hybrid after

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepares Journal Entries and upload to the accounting system.

• Monthly accounts reconciliation.

• Processing and reconciliation of credit cards.

• Handle payroll reconciliation.

• Collaborate with the accounting team/manager to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

• Daily and monthly clients reports.

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payments.

• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and other relevant documents.

• Handle payroll processing and ensure timely payment to employees.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Relevant certification (e.g., Certified Bookkeeper) is a plus.
