  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, drive business growth, and lead a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, efficient operations, and compliance with company policies while achieving sales and performance targets.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in branch management or similar leadership roles.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and develop business strategies.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of branch operations and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
