- Cut, prepare, and package meat; maintain cleanliness; assist customers.
- Skilled in cutting, trimming, and preparing meats for sale.
- Knowledge of meat preservation techniques and safety standards.
- Ability to operate various butchering tools and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and quality standards.
Requisito
- Education: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
- Skills: Basic knife skills, attention to detail, and mathematical aptitude for measurements.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, exposure to cold temperatures and various equipment.
- Qualities: Strong work ethic, dependability, and good communication skills.
