- Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.

Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in a call center or customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong customer service abilities, effective communication.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle inbound calls, assist customers, resolve issues, maintain records.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, possible shift work, fast-paced setting.
- Qualities and Traits: Team player, empathetic, detail-oriented, able to multitask.
