Job Title: Call Center Agent

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain call records.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.

Requisito

  • Experience Level: No experience required; training provided.
  • Educational Qualifications: Education degree not required.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, patience, and a positive attitude.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong customer service skills, and ability to work in a call center environment.
