  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely manner.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience needed; training will be provided.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong customer service orientation, excellent organizational skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, maintain call logs.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, may involve extended hours on the phone.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patient, good communicator, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure.
