Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; further education is an advantage.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of customer service or call center experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills; proficiency in using call center software. Fluent in English and Mandarin-Chinese.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment; may require working evenings or weekends.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, adaptability, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
