  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, managing calls efficiently, and maintaining records.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product information.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
  • Resolve complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and a commitment to team goals.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, excellent customer service, effective problem-solving, strong scheduling abilities, and technical skills are essential.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment; may involve long hours sitting at a desk.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, adaptability, team player, and a positive attitude.
