  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of High School/Senior High School diploma.
  • Experience Level: Open to Fresh Graduates/Students with no prior experience necessary.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent customer service skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a team player mentality.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment requiring flexibility in shifts.
