- Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Achieve performance targets and contribute to team goals.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Must possess a High/Senior High School diploma.
- Experience Level: Open to Fresh Graduates or Students with no prior experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, proficiency in the English language, and familiarity with call center operations.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, flexibility in shifts, and potential remote work options.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
