Descrição:

  • Engage with customers, conduct sales presentations, and manage paperwork.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide detailed information about vehicles, including features and pricing.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and financing options.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership success.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years in automotive sales or related experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication, financial literacy, driving proficiency, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced dealership environment with weekends and holidays expected.
  • Qualities and Traits: Enthusiastic, persuasive, and customer-oriented attitude.
