Descrição:
- Receives payment by cash and check;
- Issues receipts, refunds, or change due to students, faculty and staff;
- Prepares daily collection report;
- Updates the accounts of International Students;
- Generates monthly report on tuition receivable of International Students;
- Files and sorts the official receipts in an orderly manner;
- Keeps record of transactions.
- Maintains excellent customer service.
Requisito
- Candidate must be a graduate of any Business or accounting-related course.
- At least one (1) year of work-related experience;
- Has good scholastic records and proficient in computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams);
- Proficient in both verbal and written English communication.
- Can work under pressure and has a high degree of integrity.
- Must be keen to details and has a very good customer service orientation.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Can start immediately.
