Descrição:

The Clinic Manager will oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient patient care and administrative processes. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to fostering a positive environment for both staff and patients.


1. Operational Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage clinic budgets, including revenue tracking, expense management, and financial reporting.

2. Staff Management:

  • Hire, train, and supervise clinical and administrative staff, ensuring they adhere to clinic policies and procedures.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing staff development and training opportunities.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

3. Patient Care Management:

  • Ensure high-quality patient care services are delivered consistently.
  • Address patient concerns and complaints effectively and promptly.
  • Optimize patient flow and scheduling to enhance operational efficiency.

4. Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and oversee billing and coding practices to ensure compliance with insurance requirements.

5. Reporting and Evaluation:

  • Monitor and analyze clinic performance metrics, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.
  • Prepare reports for Management regarding clinic operations, staff performance, and financial status.

6. Community Engagement:

  • Promote clinic services within the community and cultivate relationships with local healthcare providers and organizations.
  • Participate in community outreach programs to enhance the clinic’s visibility and services.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month

Requisito

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare management role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Proficiency in medical billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
