  • Manage and oversee collections process for accounts receivable.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and mail to resolve outstanding debts.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status.
  • Negotiate payment plans and settlements when necessary.
  • Collaborate with finance team to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while recovering debts.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: No formal degree required, but relevant coursework or certifications in finance or accounting is a plus.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation skills, and proficiency in collection software.
  • Working Conditions: Typical office environment with standard hours; may involve remote work.
