The Commercial Operations Specialist is responsible for the commercial switch of Open Access customers under Phase III, Phase IV, Phase V, Green Energy Option Program (GEOP), and the execution and implementation of service agreements with distribution utilities. The position also provides support services and compliance reporting to involved agencies for the Renewable Energy Market in accordance with company policies, procedures and standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or any 4-year related course
• At least 3 years of experience in utility operations, preferably in DU customer retail services operations
• Knowledgeable in Retail Competition and Open Access (RCOA) and Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM)
