  • Collaborate with HR on employee health policies.
  • Educate employees on health and safety practices.
  • Coordinate referrals to external healthcare providers.
  • Monitor workplace safety regulations and compliance.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of medical procedures, excellent communication skills, and ability to handle emergencies.
  • Working Conditions: Typically in an office or clinic setting; may require handling of medical equipment.
  • Qualities and Traits: Compassionate, detail-oriented, empathetic, and a strong team player.
