Descrição:
- Provide medical care and first aid to employees.
- Conduct health assessments and screenings.
- Manage workplace health programs and wellness initiatives.
- Maintain accurate medical records and reports.
- Collaborate with HR on employee health-related matters.
- Educate staff on health and safety practices.
- Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate care.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in First Aid, PHRN, and Medical procedures; excellent communication skills; capable of preparing reports; holds a valid PRC license; must be a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Working Conditions: Primarily in an office environment, with potential emergency situations requiring immediate response.
- Qualities and Traits: Compassionate, detail-oriented, strong decision-making abilities, and high level of professionalism.
