- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Negotiating/closing deals and handling complaints or objections
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
- Preparing and delivering appropriate presentations on products and services
- Creating frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Ensuring the availability of sales/marketing stuff for sales and demonstrations
- Collaborating with team members to achieve better results
- Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and sharing it with internal teams
Requisito
- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably with a major in Business Management
- Experience in sales is an advantage
- Strong communication skills to engage with clients effectively
- Computer literacy to manage sales tools and systems
- Willingness to travel to meet clients and explore new opportunities
