What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 1-3 years in customer support, sales support, or contact center roles.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field preferred.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, great interpersonal skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
• Commitment: Reliable and punctual with the ability to adapt to varying schedules.
• Tech-savvy: Basic Microsoft Office skills and a willingness to learn new tools.
